This website is maintained to share information regarding HCRA's charitable rehabilitation mission, pediatric corrective surgeries, specialized education, and community initiatives, as well as to facilitate public contributions, volunteer sign-ups, admissions guidance, and institutional partnerships. You agree to use this website solely for lawful, legitimate purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, intentionally inaccurate, defamatory, or abusive information through any contact, application, or donation form;
• Interfere with or compromise the security, integrity, or operational performance of the website, its hosting infrastructure, or underlying databases;
• Attempt unauthorized access to administrative portals, restricted user accounts, or connected payment channels; or
• Deploy automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract data, text, imagery, or email directories from this website without HCRA's express written authorization.

2. Submitted Information & Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, volunteer application, admissions query, or partnership request through our online forms, you confirm that the information provided is truthful, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the full legal right to share it with us. All personal data submitted via these forms is stored and handled strictly in accordance with our Website Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property & Minor Beneficiary Protection

All intellectual property rights in the design, structure, editorial content, graphics, photographs, audio/video recordings, and official emblems — including the HCRA name and logo — are owned exclusively by HCRA or used under authorized license, protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any material from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Child Protection & Privacy Safeguard: Case summaries, names, photographs, and video materials depicting beneficiary children undergoing rehabilitation or corrective surgeries are published strictly with documented, written authorization from their parents or legal guardians to report on humanitarian impact. Users and visitors are strictly prohibited from downloading, scraping, republishing, modifying, or redistributing photographs or personal stories of beneficiary children for any external, promotional, or commercial purpose.

4. Educational & Healthcare Disclaimer

The information presented on this website regarding developmental disabilities, pediatric orthopedics (such as CTEV/clubfoot, knock knees, bow legs), physical and occupational therapies, speech pathology, and inclusive pedagogy is provided solely for general educational and informational awareness.

Content on this website does not constitute formal clinical diagnosis, medical prescription, or an established doctor-patient relationship. Medical, surgical, or rehabilitative interventions for any child must always be determined in consultation with certified pediatricians, orthopedic surgeons, and licensed healthcare professionals.

5. Donations, Statutory Tax Exemption (80G) & FCRA Compliance

Where online contributions are enabled on this website (via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, RTGS, or Wire Transfer), all donations represent voluntary, philanthropic gifts dedicated to supporting children with disabilities and do not constitute consideration for any commercial goods, rights, or services. By donating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Section 80G Tax Certificates: Tax exemption certificates under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act will be generated based on the donor information and Permanent Account Number (PAN) provided at checkout. Providing an accurate PAN and complete postal address is the legal responsibility of the donor to ensure valid Form 10BD annual reporting by HCRA.
• Foreign Donations (FCRA Compliance): In strict adherence to the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) directives, donors holding foreign passports, non-resident individuals, and overseas corporate entities must donate solely through our designated, authorized FCRA banking channels and provide mandatory passport/citizenship documentation upon request.
• Payment Gateway Security: All transactions are encrypted and processed through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. HCRA does not store your banking credentials, CVVs, or UPI PINs on its web servers.

6. Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because donations are immediately allocated toward ongoing medical treatments, corrective surgeries, therapy sessions, and center operational expenses, donations once successfully processed are generally non-refundable.

Technical / Erroneous Transactions: If an erroneous transaction or duplicate charge occurs due to a technical payment gateway malfunction, the donor must notify HCRA in writing within seven (7) business days of the transaction date at hcranewdelhi48@hcra.org.in, attaching valid banking proof and transaction reference details. Verified refund requests will be refunded to the original payment source within 10 to 14 banking days.

Non-Refundable Condition: No refund request can be entertained or processed once an official Section 80G tax exemption certificate has been issued or after transaction details have been filed with the Income Tax Department under Form 10BD.

7. External & Third-Party Links

This website may contain hyperlinks to external third-party websites or services (including payment gateways, regulatory bodies, and social media platforms) for informational convenience. HCRA does not endorse, control, or monitor the content, privacy standards, or terms of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility or liability for damages or losses resulting from your engagement with external links.

8. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

This website, its content, and all integrated features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. While HCRA strives for operational continuity and accuracy, we make no guarantee that the website will remain uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, HCRA, its directors, trustees, coordinators, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use this website, including but not limited to technical errors, transmission delays, or data disruptions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HCRA, its directors, office-bearers, partners, and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and legal expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of this website, or your submission of unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment information.
